| Marisa Marconi was born in 1956 in Grottamare, Ascoli Piceno where she now lives and works. Without an academic background, Marisa Marconi's artistic development is almost entirely due to her being in contact with other artists and by her careful study of the masters. Her first paintings go back to 1974. In the eighties she dedicated herself mostly to sculpting while studying calcography, serigraphy, and lithography. She has produced many works in all of these disciplines. |
